At eTicketStrips LLC, we are committed to offering you the most competitive prices for your flight bookings. Our Price Match Policy (PMP) ensures that you always get the best value when booking with us. If you find a lower all-inclusive rate elsewhere, we will match it and refund the difference within 24 hours of your booking!

What is Meant by ‘The Same Route’?

The phrase “the same route” means that the competing offer must be identical in every significant way to the booking made with eticketstripsllc.com. This includes:

  • The flight number
  • The airline
  • The travel dates
  • The passenger count
  • The class of seating chosen (e.g., Economy, Business, etc.)

Why Do Bookings Need to Be ‘Available and Offered’ Under PMP?

For the Price Match Policy to apply, the lower price you find must be for an itinerary that is currently live and available for booking on a competitor’s website at the time our agent checks the details. The booking must be able to be completed on that competitor’s website, ensuring the rate you’ve found is accurate and applicable.

How to Request a Price Match?

To request a price match, simply follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@eticketstripsllc.com or call our customer service team at 1-888-555-1234.
  2. Provide your eticketstripsllc.com booking reference number along with the details of the lower-priced itinerary you have found.
  3. Include the URL or a screenshot of the competing offer to allow our customer service agents to verify the lower rate.

Once we receive your submission, our team will review the details. If the itinerary and rate are confirmed, you will have the option to either:

  • Keep your original booking, or
  • Receive a refund of the difference between our price and the competitor’s rate.

If we are unable to verify the details of the competitor’s offer, we reserve the right to deny the claim. Our Travel Consultants will work diligently to ensure we offer you the best possible deal!

Are There Any Exceptions to the Price Match Policy?

Please note that our Price Match Policy does not apply to the following:

  • Membership or loyalty programs
  • Corporate discounts or group discounts
  • Charter flights, reward programs, incentives, and meeting or convention fares
  • Consolidated fares or coupon promotions that are not publicly available

Exclusions also include:

  • Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk fare, and vacation package deals
  • Fare errors or significantly incorrect pricing
