  • Non-refundable Hotels: If you select a non-refundable rate, the booking cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations made after the deadline may result in partial refunds or charges as per the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Activity and Tour Cancellation:

  • Day Tours and Activities: If you need to cancel a tour or activity, please review the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Many tours allow cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, while others may charge a cancellation fee.
